This is the easiest step. If your symptoms are much better. For best results you should continue to follow the diet and get regular exercise daily. The longer you do this for the more symptom free you will become and ensures your prostate will heal completely. You can now start sitting more if pain no longer exists. Sitting more will actually help you now. Introduce more fruits and other healthy foods to your diet that you would normally react to, but with caution. You can still have a prostatitis symptom attack so be careful with your day to day habits. Start doing normal hobbies and live life again.
