Why Me? Reasons why you might have Nonbacterial Prostatitis

There are all kinds of possibilities why this might have happen to you. What I believe is the most common cause of this disease starting has to do with abnormal physical irritation. Once the irritation is strong enough the prostate will become inflamed causing all kinds of problems. Your prostate is now irritated, inflamed, dysfunctional, affected by the foods you eat and sensitive to daily activities.

What Common Physical Irritation could be causing my Prostate Irritation & inflammation?

> Habit of Pelvic and Pelvic wall clinching, anus clinching, or Rectal Tightening.

> Sitting Too Much.

> Obstruction of the Urethra - Maybe some damage could have occurred causing unusual urine back flow, thus irritating the prostate.

> Lifting heavy weights while bladder is full.

> Holding urine in too long.

> Overall Bad Diet, weight problems or high blood pressure.

I believe my Prostate irritation was mainly caused by?

My clinching and tightening problems while sitting, urinating and having bowel movements. Being overweight and having a bad diet at the time did not help either. I was also on the computer sitting on my butt all day while working. Maybe all of that together could have caused this disease. If you can identify the physical irritation cause you can beat prostatitis much easier.

What causes the bacterial version of this Disease?

The bacterial version of this disease was probably caused by an E. Coli Bacterial infection of the large intestine, STD, unsanitary sexual activity or UTI gone crazy. I never suffered from the bacterial version but I heard a lot of information about it. A doctor or urologist will have better insight about this.
